Jose lives in a Caribbean coastal city with a pleasant climate. He works in the equipment and transportation department of the local municipal government, responsible for the procurement and operation management of municipal equipment. "Look at these SHACMAN trucks. If they weren't so rugged, we'd have a real headache on our hands," he has remarked to his colleagues more than once about the over 40 SHACMAN sanitation vehicles currently in operation in the department.

Jose has known about SHACMAN for a long time, even before the municipal government purchased vehicles. He learned about the brand through interactions with local fleets. According to fleet managers, SHACMAN vehicles have proven to be very durable over long-term use. This feedback from end-users left a lasting impression on Jose.

In 2018, as the demand for urban sanitation increased, the local town hall needed to purchase a new batch of garbage trucks. As the project leader for procurement, Jose thought of SHACMAN brand, whose excellent durability was perfect for the continuous long hours of operation required for municipal sanitation purposes. After several rounds of intense competition, the SHACMAN F3000 garbage truck successfully won the bid and was quickly put into use.

Due to the extensive coverage of sanitation work across dozens of neighborhoods, municipal drivers need to rotate in three shifts, ensuring that F3000 operates almost around the clock. Even under such heavy workloads, the vehicles maintain high attendance rates and low failure rates, earning everyone's praise for the quality of SHACMAN.

From 2018 to the present, the City Hall has purchased nearly 50 SHACMAN F3000 and L3000 garbage trucks in three batches. Combined with SHACMAN's well-established service station network locally, these vehicles are ensuring a better quality of life for the city's residents.
